Ryusei

Ryusei update for his new reference sheet as part of EBC's activity checks. He's had a few minor changes happen with his background, mainly to revamp relations which I still need to update on the actual ref itself orz but otherwise, he's still the same quiet and reserved Ryu.

3 more EBC refs to go, then I'll start working through that huge list of commissions I still owe. Pfft, I've got this
