It’s more like a step-by-step tutorial thing, but I felt like this would somehow be more helpful than just a redraw. I did do a redraw of your picture though, just so you'd have something to directly compare yours to: [link]
I know they can be really tough! I think the only places you need to brush up on are a few picky details on the face and hair. Remember, hair in styles like these tend to be poofy and spiky so it’s going to sit up on top of the head quite a bit. You can see how much higher Neku’s hair is compared to where I drew the circle for his head so don’t be afraid to draw hair spiky! You might want to watch how thick you draw the bodies too, especially in this style. A lot of the characters are a bit on the slender side with their bodies being about as wide as their head at its skinniest point. Exceptions to this are Beat and Higashizawa. Also, don’t forget eyebrows! They can make a character. ;D
