Andante

A new little charrie who's design I've had in my head for days but never put on paper until now. His name's Andante, like the musical term andante, and I actually named him during band class today. XD

Anywayz, I was thinking this cute little blue tiger could be a cubhood friend of Anderson. ^^ I still have to think up of an adult design for him though.
