My Bio

Yo, guys! The name's Kasa and I've been around the internet making art for awhile now! My first upload was waaay back in 2007 on a site called TLKFAA under the username 'Firestar' and I eventually ended up migrating over here in the same year.

I'm primarily a digital artist with my main subject matter being animal art with an emphasis on big cats and canines, but I'm slowly working to try an expand those horizons! My goals recently have been to grow my art skills enough to include other species and the occasional human in my future projects.

Beyond that, I'm an MLS major with a ton of art classes behind my science degree. When I'm not working on my art, I love web design, graphic design, roleplaying, anime, and playing video games - my favorite games right now being Crisis Core, Genshin Impact, and Honkai Star Rail!

I do take commissions and art trades, just on a very irregular basis depending on how much free time my irl work schedule allows! Right now, the best way to ask about my availability is by asking me directly, either through a DM or a note!

Smol update!

Okay, so...! This journal won't be anything crazy, but super quick update on why I've been a little slow lately, especially for the handful of people who are waiting on comm stuff with me! c:< My parents recently surprised me with a new puppy (because we lost our family dog of ten years waaay back in May and we've all sorta missed him??), and while she's adorable and I love her, she's also been a handful over the past three weeks! She's only 12 weeks atm and that means teaching her how to go out to use the bathroom and basic house training's totally a thing -- but that also means she's been demanding most of my attention lately too D| So tl;dr! I haven't been super super fast with art stuff lately, but +1 new doggo is definitely gonna slow me down for awhile! She's getting a little better about being left alone longer so that I can focus on other things that AREN'T her, but until she gets a bit more independent, juuuust a heads up that there's gonna be a delay on me getting

Larko Winner! Yo, guys! It's the 26th, which means it's time to announce the winner of the larko adopt I posted a little over a week ago! 'Sup guys! I've had a few people approach me asking about commissions lately and instead of going through and explaining the same thing each time someone asks, I figured now would be the perfect time to toss out an update on those! I will be opening spots for commissions soon! Possibly at the end of this month if not sooner?
